piCture pOlish's Peacock

I was really excited to try out piCture pOlish's Peacock after I'd read about it on various nail polish blogs.  It's a green/purple glittery polish that looks so unique and awesome.  Exactly what I was looking for in the indie polishes.
This is with a base coat, 3 coats of polish, and a top coat.  I was a bit disappointed with application of this because it required 3 coats to get opacity for me and it sometimes applied unevenly, with lumps forming near the tips.  But the polish is very unique and beautiful so I was willing to overlook that.
I was pretty pleased with the polish afterwards until I tried piCture pOlish's Cosmos which had amazing application (I'll post it later) and just put Peacock to shame.
Still, Peacock is pretty enough that I think it's still worth it.  I ended up giving this polish to my mom though since I can't wear this kind of polish that often (definitely not office appropriate for me) and she loves glittery polishes.

And as you can see, Rosy highly approves of my polished nails, so long as I'm giving her lots of belly/chest rubs!

  1. Mama paints our nails ... you should ask your mama to paint yours. This color is pretty!
